£699–£999 / month
£8,388–£11,988 annual subscription
£2,500–£5,000 one-off setup
Final package and setup priced together in your quote
- Standard workflow across a larger agreed site scope
- Expanded area, asset and role configuration
- More detailed reporting requirements
- Phased onboarding and rollout planning
- Additional training and launch coordination
- Support arrangements agreed for your operation
- Integration requirements assessed separately
Operator participation is included within the agreed site scope, rather than charging every operator to raise a call. Asset numbers, usage allowances, data retention, supported features and support hours are specified in the quotation. Hardware and third-party messaging charges are separate unless expressly included.
Test the workflow
Start with a focused pilot
£1,000 / 8–12 week pilot
Introduce Call Point to an agreed department or group of lines before deciding on a wider rollout.
- A defined trial scope and agreed objectives
- Initial configuration and remote onboarding
- Call workflow testing with your team
- Review of adoption, acknowledgement and response times
- A closing review and recommendation for the next stage
Pilot credit: the £1,000 pilot fee is credited against the setup fee if you proceed under the conversion terms in your quote. The credit is capped at the setup fee; it is not a cash refund or an automatic subscription discount.

Multi-site & Enterprise
Tailored quote
Agree a rollout and commercial structure for several sites, with the configuration and reporting your organisation needs.
- Site count and deployment scope agreed upfront
- Central reporting requirements assessed
- Phased deployment and site onboarding
- Organisation-wide role and access requirements
- Integration, security and procurement requirements reviewed
- Defined support and account contact arrangements
Enterprise pricing depends on delivery requirements. Multi-site discounts are considered against the total commitment and support workload.

Why these prices?
Pay for a managed service and a useful workflow
What the subscription supports
The recurring fee supports access to the hosted service, routine maintenance and updates, the agreed reporting features, and remote support within your package.
A site-based fee also makes it easier to involve operators across shifts without calculating a separate licence cost every time another person needs to raise a call.
The higher packages reflect a larger agreed operating scope and greater configuration, reporting and support requirements.
What the setup fee supports
Setup covers the work needed to fit Call Point to your operation: understanding the workflow, preparing the agreed asset list, configuring roles and call categories, setting notification rules, testing and training your team.
A £1,500 Standard setup budget is equivalent to 20 hours at an illustrative £75 per hour. That explains the fee; the actual deliverables are agreed in your quotation.
Bespoke development, extensive data cleansing, site visits and external integrations are quoted separately.
A worked value example
Suppose your business estimates the avoidable cost of downtime at £500 per hour. At that assumption, the Standard subscription would be offset by the following amount of genuinely avoided downtime:
48 minutes / month
£399 ÷ £500 = 0.798 hours, or approximately 48 minutes. This compares the monthly equivalent subscription with the illustrative downtime cost.
12.6 hours in year one
£6,288 ÷ £500 = 12.576 hours. This includes the Standard setup fee and a full year's subscription.
Illustration only, not a performance guarantee. Use your own avoidable downtime cost, taking account of lost contribution, recoverable production and other relevant costs. Call Point does not repair faults itself: any benefit depends on adoption and whether clearer communication actually reduces delays. Measure results during the pilot.

Alternative arrangements
Licensing that fits your operation
The site subscription is our proposed standard offer. Other models can be discussed where they fit your requirements. These are alternatives, not charges added together.
Subscription — from £199 per site per month
Ongoing access for the agreed term, with routine updates and support defined by the package. Published monthly figures are annual-plan equivalents. Hosting and usage scope are set out in the agreement.
Per site — Standard at £4,788 per year
One agreed physical site is covered by one licence. For Standard, £399 per month and £4,788 per year describe the same subscription. The £1,500 setup fee is additional in year one. A second site requires additional agreed coverage.
Per user — tailored quotation
A named-user model may suit a small, defined team. The quote identifies chargeable roles and distinguishes people who raise calls from people who manage or respond to them. No fixed per-user rate is published until the required scope is agreed.
Per device — tailored quotation
A licence can potentially be scoped to specified terminals or devices. Device numbers, replacement rules, permitted users, hosting, support and setup are defined in the quote. Hardware purchase is separate unless expressly included.
Perpetual — indicative £10,000–£20,000 per site
A perpetual licence permits continued use of a specified delivered version under its licence terms. It does not transfer ownership of the source code or intellectual property. Hosting, maintenance, support, integrations and future version upgrades are separately agreed. This budget range is indicative and subject to a deployment and cost assessment; it is not an offer of unlimited lifetime service.
Enterprise — tailored multi-site agreement
For an organisation requiring several sites, a coordinated rollout and central reporting. The agreement specifies permitted sites, features, deployment arrangements and service responsibilities. Enterprise pricing does not automatically confer ownership or unrestricted redistribution rights.
Usage based — base fee plus agreed usage
A usage element may suit paid messaging or unusually high service volumes. The agreement defines the charging unit, included allowance and overage rate. We do not publish a per-call fee for ordinary fault reporting; raising necessary calls should remain straightforward for the team.
Pricing questions
The details before you decide
Do we pay for every operator?
Site subscriptions are designed to include operator participation within the agreed site scope. The quote confirms account arrangements, usage allowances and any specialist requirements. Unlimited sites or unlimited infrastructure are not implied.
Can we pay monthly?
The prices shown are monthly equivalents of annual subscriptions billed annually. Ask for a flexible monthly quote if that suits your purchasing process. Payment schedule, minimum term and cancellation terms are agreed before purchase.
Why is setup charged separately?
Your areas, assets, roles and response workflow need configuring and testing before launch. Charging that work separately keeps ongoing service charges clear and ties onboarding to an agreed scope.
What happens after a pilot?
We review usage, team feedback and the agreed measures with you. If you proceed under the agreed conversion terms, the pilot fee is credited against setup up to the value of that setup fee. Annual subscription charges begin as agreed for the full rollout.
Does the price guarantee reduced downtime?
No. The service helps teams raise, acknowledge and track calls. Actual downtime depends on equipment, staffing, fault complexity and how the system is used. A pilot allows you to assess whether it improves your particular workflow.
Are SMS alerts, integrations and hardware included?
Only when expressly included in your quote. Paid messaging, bespoke integrations, tablets, screens and physical call buttons may create separate setup and running costs.
Can we use it at more than one factory?
Yes, subject to an agreed multi-site scope and technical availability. A single-site subscription does not automatically cover other factories, even if they belong to the same company.
What about backups, data retention and security?
Hosting arrangements, backup responsibilities, data retention, access controls and export arrangements are specified during the quotation process. Requirements are reviewed before you commit, particularly where your organisation has specific IT or security standards.
Does our licence give us ownership of the software?
A licence gives you agreed rights to use the software. Transfer of source code ownership or intellectual property is not included in these prices and would require a separate express agreement.
Are the prices final and is VAT included?
These are indicative prices for the proposed packages. Your written quote confirms available features, the delivery scope and final charges. Prices exclude VAT where applicable; any VAT charged is shown on the quote and invoice.
